Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to APEX Cars Dubai Luxury Car Rentals. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and the rental of our vehicles. By accessing our platform or renting a vehicle from us, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Rental Requirements & Eligibility
To ensure the safety of our fleet and compliance with UAE laws, the following requirements must be met by all renters:
- Age Restriction: The primary driver and any additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age. For hypercars and select premium models (e.g., Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce), the minimum age requirement is strictly 25 years.
- Driving License: UAE residents must present a valid UAE Driving License that is at least 1 year old. Tourists and non-residents must provide an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original home-country driving license.
- Identification: A valid original Passport and Visa page (or Emirates ID for residents) must be presented at the time of vehicle handover.
3. Reservation, Payment & Deposits
3.1 Booking & Confirmation
A reservation is only considered confirmed once an advance payment or a valid credit card authorization has been processed. We reserve the right to decline any booking request without providing a reason.
3.2 Security Deposit
A mandatory security deposit is required before the handover of any vehicle. The deposit amount ranges from AED 3,000 to AED 15,000 depending on the vehicle category. The deposit is blocked on the renter's credit card and is automatically released 21-30 days after the vehicle is returned, accounting for delayed traffic fines or toll (Salik) charges.
3.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Debit Cards, Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT), and Cash (AED, USD, EUR, GBP).
4. Insurance & Liability
All our luxury and sports vehicles come with comprehensive insurance in accordance with UAE laws. However, the renter's liability is subject to the following conditions:
- In the event of an accident where the renter is not at fault (supported by a valid Green Police Report), the renter bears zero liability.
- In the event of an accident where the renter is at fault (supported by a Red Police Report) or in hit-and-run scenarios, the renter must pay an insurance excess fee which varies by vehicle model (typically ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 10,000).
- Insurance does not cover tire punctures, scratched rims, lost keys, or interior damage (e.g., cigarette burns, spills). The renter will be billed for the exact repair/replacement cost.
5. Mileage, Salik (Tolls), and Fines
- Mileage Limits: Standard daily rentals include a strict limit of 250 KM per day. Excess mileage is charged at AED 10 to AED 50 per additional kilometer, depending on the car model.
- Salik (Toll Gates): Every passage through a Dubai Salik toll gate incurs a charge of AED 5.25. This will be deducted from your security deposit or billed separately.
- Traffic Fines: Renters are fully responsible for all traffic violations incurred during their rental period. A 10% administrative surcharge is applied to all traffic fine processing.
6. Vehicle Usage Restrictions
Our luxury vehicles are provided for personal enjoyment and commuting. Under no circumstances should the vehicles be used for:
- Off-roading, dune bashing, or track days (e.g., Dubai Autodrome) without explicit written consent.
- Sub-leasing or lending to unauthorized drivers.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. This instantly voids all insurance coverages and holds the renter legally and financially liable for total vehicle costs.
7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the rental start time are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a 1-day rental charge penalty. No-shows will result in a 100% forfeiture of the booking amount.
